One of Judy’s greatest strengths is her calm, clear presence which helps me stay calm and focused. She is also very positive, empowering, and supportive which helps me to stay uplifted and believing that what I want is really possible. I never feel when we talk that things won’t work – her optimism and clarity is contagious. She is also very practical, seeing the big picture but also has the ability to bring the process back to pragmatic steps.
Judy is a wonderful EFT and Matrix practitioner, tuning in and tapping on both what is going on for me, and also the transformation that is possible. I love her empathy and her willingness to share her vulnerability and process with me. It helps me to know she is human and that all of what I am working for is possible. Judy’s workshop helped me to align with my true self. I learned how to identify that part of myself and stay there using the techniques. I also learned how to use EFT to bring up the negative I’ve been holding on to, and to release it. I actually got a nice release through my back/spine while we were going over control vs. allowing. This workshop was absolutely helpful in terms of learning something about my emotions and core beliefs.
Working with Judy in a group setting, I noticed her very caring and professional way as she presents these gentle but effective techniques for going forward into lasting positive changes. She is very proficient in her presentation, taking it to the individual levels where the techniques can be understood and appreciated. She gives a caring nudge for us to activate these EFT techniques in our own lives.

Tapping in a group is such a wonderful way to share and learn more about EFT. Judy does such a great job of moving us through the process, and yet including everyone and all the ideas they bring.
Light bulbs came on while working with Judy about resistance and rebellion. I realized that these came from having a very controlling father. As a result, I have been blocked from achieving things. Judy helped me forgive both my father and my brother. I had such anger towards both of them. But through the tapping, I have forgiven them and have managed to release the anger. What a relief!
