Anger is entirely based in FEAR. When we’re angry, it’s never for the reason we think it is. Anger is definitely coming from EGO. And it puts us straight into reactive mode. Anger is a form of attack, and we can be using it to attack someone else, or we can turn it inward upon ourselves. This, by the way, leads to depression.
When we can one day master Angerless Living, we will have a life of peace and joy. When we can look at a situation in which anger is felt, we must call upon our spiritual resources. We can shift in an instant back to our True Self, back to LOVE, and send love to the situation that was producing the anger. Love dissipates anger, and it puts us on stable ground.
